Innovative And Revolutionary White Solar Panels

On 28 October 2014 COMPANY Le Centre suisse d'electronique et de microtechnique - CSEM disclosed invention in solar technology. Namely they announced that they had produced solar panel in a color, in this case in white color. Colored solar panels solve the problem with an aesthetically appearance of buildings in which they will be built. Solar modules will be in the color of the building and almost invisible.

Technology of white solar panels is a combination of solar cells which using infrared spectrum for production of electricity and selective filter that scatters visible spectrum and omissions only infrared spectrum of the light. The technology can be applied on any surface flat or curved, on top of an existing module or integrated into a new module during assembly.

Other advantages of white solar panels are lower temperature of the solar cells for 20-30^0C than standard PV modules. These will contribute in savings of the power consumption with a reduction in costs for cooling.
